Custom software,
made for the way
your company works

Your team already knows how the work should go. We build the software around it, not the other way round.

No cost to start

See your website designed before you pay anything.

Most quotes ask you to picture what you are buying. We would rather show you. Tell us what the site has to do and we design it first, before any money changes hands. Unlimited UI revisions start when you decide to build it.

Unlimited UI revisions begin when you commit to the build, on every package. The free design is the first look, not an open revision cycle. What unlimited covers is set out under the packages below.

  1. 01

    Free consultation

Half an hour on what the site has to do, who it is for, and what it has to replace.

  2. 02

    We design it, free

The real pages, designed to your brief. Your brand, your content, not a template with a preview button.

  3. 03

    Then you decide

Commit to the build and unlimited UI revisions start from there. Walk away instead and there is nothing to pay.

Our work and products

Different problems, different systems.

A shop where the browser is never trusted with a price. A hotel group with bookings landing in six places at once. A laboratory where a result must never leave early.

The Bag Archives PH

Coach resale shop, Philippines

A storefront for a Philippine Coach-resale shop, plus the admin portal the owner runs inventory, shipping rates and orders from.

The rule the system enforces

What we build

Websites, and the systems behind them.

A website built to your taste and how you sell, or the system your staff work in all day. Both are made to order, and both can be the same project.

    Guaranteed on every build

  • Built to order, never a template
  • Unlimited interface revisions while we build
  • Source and design files are yours on final payment
  • Critical bugs fixed within 4 hours, on retainer
  • Seen by your customers

    Custom websites

Designed around your brand, your taste and the way you actually sell, not a template with your logo dropped into it.

  • Used by your team

    Workflow systems

The process your staff run every day, in one place, with the manual steps and the re-typing taken out of it.

  • Seen by your clients

    Client portals

One login where your clients check status, send documents and stop emailing you for updates.

  • Used by your team

    Inventory dashboards

Stock, orders and the numbers you report on, updating themselves from the work instead of from a spreadsheet.

Who we are

Software should fit the company, not the other way round.

We are engineers and software QA specialists. Engineers look for where a system will fail before it does; testers assume it already has. Both habits go into the same question: where does your process actually stall, and what breaks when the person who knows it is on leave?

No two alike
Retail, hospitality, education, diagnostics, local government and finance, and none of them worked the same way

Vision

Every organization already has a way of working that took years to settle. Digital transformation should protect that, not overwrite it with whatever a product decided a business looks like.

Mission

Replace the spreadsheet, the group chat, the paper log and the app nobody opens with one system built for the work in front of you, and get the most out of the people you already have.

What it costs today

How much does moving work between systems cost you?

Three questions about how your team works now. The arithmetic is yours, not ours.

₱150₱750₱1,500+

Lost to manual re-entry

Every year

₱552,000

2,208 hours a year of your team's paid time spent moving information between systems rather than doing the work.

If a system took two thirds of it back

₱358,800 and 1,435 hours returned, about 30 working days each. The rest is the checking a person should still be doing.

Worked on 46 working weeks a year, after leave and Philippine regular holidays, and on two thirds of the time coming back rather than all of it. Your figures, our arithmetic: it is an estimate to argue with, not a quote.

Packages

Custom software packages. Same build, different room to change your mind.

The design is free on all three, and unlimited UI revisions start the moment you commit. Every package then ships a complete custom-made build, whether that is a website, an internal system, or both. What separates them is how many rounds of functionality change are included after it goes live.

What unlimited means
Unlimited revisions apply to the system we build for you: its features, its interface and the workflows inside it. A round of functionality change is one written list of changes to features the system already has, delivered together; Infinite includes unlimited rounds for 12 months after launch, one at a time. A separate standalone application, a native mobile app, or an unrelated business module is a new project with its own scope and fee.
What it costs to run
The project fee is fixed and quoted per scope. Builds under ₱30,000 are paid 50% to start and 50% on launch; larger builds 40% to start, 40% on approval of the working preview and 20% on launch. Hosting, domain and any third-party services you use, such as payment gateways, property or inventory platforms and API feeds, are billed monthly. Ongoing support and post-launch updates run on a monthly retainer.
What you own, what you licence
Your brand, your content, your data and your design files are yours outright, from the start and unconditionally. The software is ours: both the parts written for your project and the reusable engine underneath them, because the two are one codebase and drawing a line through it would only give us both something to argue about later. On final payment you receive the complete source and a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to run, host and modify it for your business, for as long as you like, with us or with any developer you choose. Ending the retainer does not end that licence, and nothing you pay us afterwards keeps it alive. What it does not cover is selling the software on or offering it to others as a product of your own, and we go on developing the engine for other clients and for our own products.

Prices & catalogue

Websites, CRM, HRIS and business systems, plus design, video, social media and game development. The price list fits on two pages; the catalogue sets out what each service includes and leaves out.
