This is an information website describing services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Descriptions of packages, timelines and inclusions are indicative and are provided to help you decide whether to start a conversation with us.

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, quote or contract signed by both sides. That document prevails over this website if the two ever disagree.

This matters most for the package descriptions. Where the site refers to unlimited revisions, that applies to the system described in your signed scope: its features, its interface and the workflows inside it. A separate application, a native mobile app or an unrelated business module is a new project with its own scope and fee. The signed scope, not this page, is what defines the boundary in your case.

Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

The content of this site — its text, design, layout, code, graphics, the Autom8 name and the Autom8 logo — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may read the site, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape or adapt its content for your own commercial use, or present our work as your own, without our written permission. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.

Projects in our work section are labelled either as client projects or as demonstration systems we built ourselves. Screenshots may use sample data. A case study describes what was built for one organization and its particular process, and is not a promise that your project will produce the same result.

Testimonials are the genuine words of the people credited, and describe their own experience rather than a guaranteed outcome.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• submit false information, or send messages on behalf of someone else without their authority;
• use the contact form to send advertising, spam or bulk solicitations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated flooding of the form; or
• use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else’s rights.

The site links out to third-party services, including Viber and WhatsApp buttons that open those apps on your device. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This clause concerns the website; liability in respect of work we perform for you is dealt with in the agreement for that work.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information the site collects and your rights over it under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. It forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version is effective 13 August 2026.
