Frequently asked

How working with us actually works.

The engagement questions, answered the way they are answered in the contract. Anything about a specific system, and what it costs, is on its own page.

Do you charge for the design before we commit?
No. The consultation is free and so is the design that comes out of it. You see what the system will look like before any money changes hands, and there is no obligation at the end of either.
What happens to our system if we stop the monthly plan?
You keep using it. Hosting, updates and support stop, and we hand over the source code, your data and the accounts. Ending a plan never takes away software you paid to build. The two free transaction-fee systems are the exception: access ends when payments stop, and you get a full data export.
What does the Autom8 Infinite Plan include?
A flat monthly fee covering hosting, updates, backups and support, plus up to five small requests a month. Small means under an hour each, and they do not carry over to the next month. It also covers unlimited rounds of change for the first 12 months after launch. The rate is on the price list, which we send on request.
What counts as one round of changes?
One written list of changes to features that already exist. Sending items one at a time as they occur to you is not how a round is counted, and the written list is what stops a disagreement later about what was asked for.
What are your support hours and how fast do you respond?
8 AM to 8 PM Philippine time, every day. A critical fix, meaning the system is down or unusable, is responded to within four hours.
Is a new feature covered by our plan or quoted separately?
Changes to features you already have are covered by your rounds. A standalone application, a native mobile app, or an unrelated business module, for example adding payroll to a booking system, is a new project with its own scope and fee.
Do you charge per user or per staff account?
No, except the HRIS, which is priced per employee because employees are what it counts. Every other build has unlimited staff accounts at no extra cost. This is the main reason a build works out cheaper than a per-seat subscription by the second year.
Do you train our staff?
One training session and a written user guide are included with every build. Most of the real learning happens in the first few weeks after launch, which is why the first 12 months include unlimited rounds of change.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Metro Manila?
Autom8 Technology Solutions is based in Makati, Metro Manila, and works with clients across the Philippines. The work is done remotely, with calls and messages on Viber or WhatsApp, which is how most of our projects already run.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. Autom8 Technology Solutions is BIR registered, and the registration seal is shown in the footer of every page on this site.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, for anything you paid to build. If a plan ends we hand over the source, the data and the accounts. For the free transaction-fee systems the licence is ours until you buy it out, and your data is still yours and exported in full on request.
How do you handle personal data?
Access controls on every system are built in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). What this website itself collects is set out in the privacy policy.
Why are prices not on the website?
Because a price without the scope behind it invites the wrong comparison, and we would rather send the list and talk about what you actually need. Ask and it goes out the same day, with no call required first. The service catalogue on this site carries the full scope of every build so you can see exactly what you would be paying for.
How long are your prices valid?
Prices are pioneer pricing and are locked until March 31, 2027 for clients who sign before then. They are starting prices in Philippine pesos; the signed quotation and development agreement for each project prevail. Ask us for the price list and we will send it the same day.

Who we're building for

Let's start with the basics. What's your name and the company you represent?

So we know who we're engineering this for.
