An accounting and finance dashboard built for Philippine practice: BIR forms, TINs and local tax codes, not a US template with the currency swapped.
The bottleneck
Accounting software sold into the Philippines is usually built somewhere else, with the currency swapped and the tax logic left as an exercise for the user. Finance teams end up keeping the parts that matter, BIR forms and TINs and local tax codes, in spreadsheets alongside the system they paid for.

What we built
- A finance dashboard whose vocabulary is BIR forms, TINs and Philippine tax codes
- Dual-axis reporting on a live design-token layer, legible in light and dark
- Charts that read their colors from the same tokens as the interface at runtime
- A fully client-side build, so the demo runs with no backend and no data to leak
What changed
- The reports stay readable in both themes instead of being drawn once for one
- The local tax vocabulary is in the product, not in a spreadsheet beside it
