Concept build for a fictional six-retreat hotel group
A public site for a six-retreat hotel group covering destinations, dining, wellbeing and booking, plus the admin portal the front desk runs it from.
The bottleneck
A group running six properties takes bookings through six channels that do not talk to each other. Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor each push reservations on their own schedule, in their own format, while the group's own booking engine writes somewhere else again. The front desk ends the day reconciling six tabs by hand, and the only place the true occupancy exists is in somebody's head.

What we built
- A public site covering destinations, dining, wellbeing, offers and booking
- An admin portal with four views: an overview, bookings, a shared calendar, and channels
- One ledger that every channel writes into, so a reservation has a single record
- Seeded demonstration data for all six properties
What changed
- The desk reads one list instead of six tabs
- Occupancy is a query, not a reconstruction
- Adding a sixth or seventh channel is a data problem, not a process change

The front-desk portal is at /admin. The demo sign-in is already filled in, so it opens with one click.
