Questions

How can the build be free?
Autom8 carries the build cost and earns a small percentage of what the system records, subject to a monthly minimum and a 12-month commitment. It only pays off if the system is actually used, which is the point: we are betting on it working.
What happens if we stop paying?
Access ends, and you get a full export of your data. This is the one exception to our normal rule, where ending a monthly plan never stops you using software you paid to build. Leaving before 12 months owes the monthly minimum for each remaining month.
Can we buy it outright later?
Yes. A flat buyout grants a perpetual licence, priced per system and stated on the price list. Fees already paid are not credited against it.

Prices

The price list is sent on request.

Every service is listed here with its full scope and timeline, and the catalogue below carries the same detail. For the figures, ask and we will send them the same day. No call required first.

Or download the service catalogue, which lists what every build includes. Prices are not shown in it.

The consultation is free, and so is the design that comes out of it. There is no obligation at the end of either. If software isn't the right fix for your problem, we'll say so.

Who we're building for

Let's start with the basics. What's your name and the company you represent?

So we know who we're engineering this for.
