HRIS

Employee records, leave, attendance and payroll inputs in one system, priced per employee so it scales with the company rather than with a licence tier.

Timeline
4 to 8 weeks

What is included

  • Employee records with documents and history
  • Leave requests, balances and approval routing
  • Attendance and timekeeping
  • Payroll inputs prepared for your payroll process
  • Self-service portal, so staff stop asking HR for their own balances
  • Role-based access in line with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
  • Hosting, updates, backups and support, covered by the monthly fee

Not included

  • Biometric devices and other hardware
  • Statutory filing and remittance to government agencies
  • Encoding of existing paper 201 files, quoted separately

Stated plainly because the argument at quotation stage is always scope. Anything here can be added, quoted separately.

Questions

How is the HRIS priced?
A one-time build fee, then a monthly fee per employee, charged at a lower rate once you pass 50 employees and subject to a monthly minimum. The monthly fee replaces the Infinite Plan for this system and covers hosting and support. Figures are on the price list, which we send on request.
Why is HRIS the only system with per-employee pricing?
Because employees are what it counts, and the cost of running it moves with headcount. Every other build has free staff accounts.
Does it handle BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG filing?
It prepares the inputs your payroll process needs. It does not file or remit to government agencies, and no integration with national systems is included.

Prices

The price list is sent on request.

Every service is listed here with its full scope and timeline, and the catalogue below carries the same detail. For the figures, ask and we will send them the same day. No call required first.

Or download the service catalogue, which lists what every build includes. Prices are not shown in it.

The consultation is free, and so is the design that comes out of it. There is no obligation at the end of either. If software isn't the right fix for your problem, we'll say so.
