Questions
- Why build a CRM instead of paying for HubSpot or Salesforce?
- Per-seat pricing. A ten-person team on a mid-tier plan pays more in the first year than a build costs, and keeps paying every year after, while you still shape your process around their software. A one-time build that fits how you already sell is cheaper by year two and does not get repriced.
- Can it capture leads from our website automatically?
- Yes, and it should. On the RVVP build, a website enquiry and its follow-up task are written in one database transaction, so both records exist or neither does. A lead cannot land without someone owning the next step.
- How long before the team is actually using it?
- Build is 3 to 5 weeks. One training session and a written user guide are included, and the Infinite Plan covers unlimited rounds of change for 12 months after launch, which is when you discover what the process really is.
