The bottleneck
Returns, orders, collections and administrative requests have different owners and approval paths. A return needs validation before approval, then an assigned representative to collect it. The workspace has to keep those stages connected while showing each person the work they are authorised to handle.
Staff sign-in
What we built
- A shared staff hub for returns and pull-outs, orders, collections, document requests and budgets
- A staged returns workflow covering validation, approval and assigned collection
- Role and state checks on the server before a request can advance
- Product and price-list records, account records and a company directory
- Daily activity reporting and delivery tracking alongside administrative requests
What changed
- Each return has a recorded stage and an assigned collector
- Collection can begin only after the required approval
- Staff can handle orders, reports and requests from one authenticated workspace

The hub is a private workspace for Lakeside staff. The public link opens its sign-in page; operational records require an authorised Lakeside account.
