An equipment or engineering enquiry needs a clear route from a visitor's requirements to a staff follow-up. The public website needs to explain the company's capabilities, while the operations workspace needs to connect that enquiry with the quotations, projects and tasks that follow.

- Transactional enquiry capture with duplicate-retry protection

What changed
- Each saved public enquiry has a linked task for staff follow-up
- Retrying the same submission returns its existing reference
- Visitors can browse the company website while staff work through a separate authenticated workspace
