A public site and direct booking engine for a fifteen-room beachside retreat, plus the front-desk portal that gathers every channel's bookings into one ledger.
The bottleneck
A small resort sells the same fifteen rooms on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Klook and Traveloka, and through its own guests. Each platform keeps its own calendar, so the only complete picture of what is sold lives in whoever is on shift, and a direct booking taken at the desk can collide with one an OTA has just sold.

What we built
- A public site covering the rooms, the Wild Cub cafe and bar, the surf and current offers
- A direct booking engine that searches the same inventory the front desk sees
- A front-desk portal with bookings, a shared calendar, availability, rates and channel views
- One ledger that bookings from every channel are pulled into, so each reservation has a single record
- A Base Rates screen whose prices the booking engine reads directly
What changed
- A room shown as free on the site is unsold across every channel
- The desk reads one list instead of a tab per platform
- The quote a guest sees and the amount recorded are calculated by the same code

The site and booking search are public. The front-desk portal is at /admin; while the site is under review, its sign-in page carries a public demo account and the ledger behind it holds generated bookings, not real guests.
