VCM The Skin Center
VCM The Skin Center, dermatology and aesthetics clinic
A clinic website and online store for skincare systems and products, with a staff admin for content, orders, stock, prices and inquiries.
The bottleneck
A clinic selling its own skincare lines needs visitors to understand which system fits their skin before they buy, and staff to keep products, prices, photos and stock current without a developer. Orders, stock and inquiries also need one record, or the website promises things the shelf cannot deliver.

What we built
- A public site for skin systems, individual products, clinic treatments and skin guides, each with its own page
- A cart and checkout built against a payment interface, so the provider can be switched without rewriting the order flow
- A staff admin for content, photos, orders, inventory, prices, FAQs and inquiries
- Owner and staff roles, with prices, refunds and staff management kept owner-only
- A preview step, so edits to visitor-facing content are checked before they go live
- A stock ledger that records every reservation, release and confirmation against its order
What changed
- Staff update products, photos and prices themselves
- Every change in stock can be traced to an order or a person
- Unpaid orders release their stock automatically when they expire

The website and store are public. The admin at /admin is restricted to clinic staff, with owner-only access to prices, refunds and staff accounts.
